After collection, parcels can be handled over 20 times before arriving at their destination as well as going through at least 2 sortation hubs. It's therefore crucial to ensure that your equipment has been packaged and labelled correctly so that it is not damaged in transit.
We frequently receive items which have not been suitably cleaned or packaged for return to us. See below examples:
Following the tips below will help ensure that your equipment is returned to us for servicing / repair safely:

- Any gaps within the package should be filled with bubble wrap to prevent movement when shipped.
- Use a box that's big enough to safely fit what you're sending.
- Please write the sender and consignee address on the box. If the carrier misplaces the parcel this will help in locating it. Also ensure to enclose a brief description of what is required and serial number of component.
- If you are expecting heavy equipment, for example, a Vita-flex somebody must be on-site to assist the driver with lifting the equipment otherwise collection / delivery will be refused.
